How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on Jupi infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
Required Information for DMCA Notice
Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Authorization: If you are an agent or representative, a statement describing your authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Copyrighted Work Description: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including registration details if applicable.
Location of the Infringing Material: A precise URL or detailed description of where the alleged infringing content is located on Jupi, sufficient for us to locate the material.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Affidavit: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
How to Submit Your Notice

Our Response Process
Upon receiving a formal DMCA notice that meets the requirements above, Jupi will:
- Promptly investigate the reported infringement
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content of the removal
- Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error
- Take appropriate action regarding repeat offenders, including account termination when necessary
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Jupi has adopted a policy of terminating user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts permanently suspended.
AI-Generated Content and Copyright
Please note that Jupi utilizes AI technologies to generate content. As outlined in our Terms of Service, AI-generated content that lacks substantial human authorship is generally not protected by copyright under current laws. However, if you believe that AI-generated content on our platform incorporates your copyrighted work, you may still file a DMCA notice following the procedures outlined above.
Misrepresentation Warning
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Don't make false claims!
